Allegations:
Harrison, an 82-year-old widow, was having breakfast one morning when officers burst into her home. The officers pointed their guns at Harrison and ordered her to put her hands up, causing Harrison to shake and hyperventilate. One officer called an ambulance, and others pressed her with questions about a man she did not know. Harrison told the officers she did not know the man they were looking for, but the officers ignored her and searched her home. Harrison was taken to the hospital and was released five days later. It was later determined that the warrant incorrectly stated that the man the officers were looking for lived at Harrison's address. Harrison now uses a cane and still suffers great pain as a result of the incident.
