Allegations:
Morris was walking home when Officer Young pulled up in a police car and began yelling at him. Young got out of the car and spun Morris around to put him a chokehold, then kicked his legs out from underneath him. Morris fell to the ground with Young on top of him; Young then began to beat him. Schweiger arrived at the scene and at no point interfered or stopped Young from hitting Morris. The officers took Morris to a police station and filed reports that justified the criminal charges against him. Morris suffered multiple injuries and underwent surgery for a broken wrist, which caused him to miss work at his two jobs. The charges against Morris were dismissed nearly three months later.
