Allegations:
Hall was at a high school graduation party when the officers arrived and arrested him. A woman had driven Hall to the party in a car that she parked near the residence where the party was being held. The officers fabricated evidence that Hall was in the driver's seat, drinking alcohol while the car was running with the keys in the ignition. However, the vehicle in question had a push-button ignition and no keys. The officers also fabricated evidence that suggested Hall possessed crack cocaine, and wrote up false reports. Hall was found not guilty more than two years after the incident.
