Allegations:
Radcliff was in an apartment when several officers, including Officers Mohammad, Troglia, and Murphy, entered an apartment with a search warrant. Radcliff was not on the lease of the apartment and was not the target of the search warrant. During their search, the officers discovered two handguns in the kitchen, arrested Radcliff and charged him with several weapons charges, even though the officers had no information connecting Radcliff to the two guns. Radcliff spent several months in jail before a judge found him not guilty at trial.
