Allegations:
Jones, Pulliam and Smith were at a comedy club where Officer Williams worked a second job as a security guard. Williams identified himself as a police officer to Jones and Pulliam, and used physical force to move them out of the venue. Outside, Williams continued to attack Jones and Pulliam and arrested them. Officers Hartman and Smith transported Jones and Pulliam to a police station and charged them with battery, resisting arrest and criminal trespass to land. The officers also arrested Smith on false charges. Nearly one year later, the charges against Smith were dismissed, and Jones and Pulliam were found not guilty of all charges.
