Incident date: 02/20/2014

Allegations:

Chester was incarcerated in Cook County Jail when Officers Glenke and Levins arrived to take him to the scene of an alleged crime. Afterward, the officers took him to a police station and into a room. While Chester was handcuffed, the officers beat him, shoved him down a set of stairs, and slammed his head into a door. The officers brought Chester back to jail. He received medical attention for his injuries.
