Allegations:
Redmond was robbed and called the police to report the incident. When Officers Rivera, Haidari and Pivaral arrived, they ran his name through their system and falsely told Redmond there was a warrant for his arrest. The officers took Redmond to a police station, where he provided his identification and fingerprints. Neither his photo nor his fingerprints matched those on any warrant. Haidari prepared a complaint for a search warrant for Redmond, alleging that Redmond had been involved in the delivery of a controlled substance. Redmond was arrested and spent several weeks in jail.
