Allegations:
Clark was driving when several police officers conducted a stop of the car directly in front of her. One officer arrived at the scene, got out of his car and shot about 16 rounds in Clark's direction. Clark put her car in reverse to avoid the gunfire and struck another car, causing her mild injuries and damage to both cars. Clark saw officers use excessive force against the people in the car in front of her and began to record the scene on her cellphone. Soon after, news reporters arrived and asked Clark what she had seen. When Clark agreed to speak with the reporters, one of the officers approached Clark and told her she was not allowed to speak to the media. The officer then escorted Clark to a police car, sat her in the backseat and closed the door. She was detained there for about 30 minutes.
