Allegations:
Tylor was at home when Officers DeJesus and Medina forcibly entered the residence and arrested him. The officers had not seen or heard Tylor commit a crime, yet he was charged with several misdemeanor offenses. The charges against Tylor were dropped nine days later and he was released from custody. Just after Tylor was released, Detective Shebish arrested him again. Like the other officers, Shebish had not observed Tylor committing a crime. Shebish interrogated Tylor and ordered other officers to remove his clothes and leave him in a detention cell. Tylor remained in a cell without clothes for several hours while Shebish fabricated evidence, including false statements from Tylor. As a result, Tylor was charged with felony offenses and detained at the Cook County Jail for approximately one year and eight months, until he was acquitted of all charges.
