Allegations:

Prince was driving his car when officers Jamar Smith and Jarod Smith stopped him. The officers believed Prince had stolen the car, but Prince produced a valid driver's license and the vehicle's paperwork at the scene. Although he committed no crimes and did not resist officers at any point, Prince was arrested and charged with aggravated vehicular hijacking with a firearm. Both officers testified against Prince. As a result, Prince spent over two years in jail. The charges were later dismissed.
