Students from Hyde Park Academy High School got into an altercation outside the school. C.K., a minor, was present but not personally involved in the altercation. Yet Officer Wright, arriving on the scene, took C.K. into custody and brought her to the second floor of the school. Once there, Wright handcuffed her to another student. Officer Wright struck C.K. in the face with his closed fist without justification.
