Allegations:
K.A. and M.A. are minor children who live part-time with their father, who is estranged from their mother. They were with their father, who was helping them do their homework, when their mother arrived with two police officers. The officers demanded to come inside and told their father to give the children to his estranged wife. Their father told the officers that no visitation or custody agreements had been reached in court, and the children should not be forced to leave. The officers threatened to arrest him and refused to answer when their father asked to see a court order directing them to take the children. Police then took the children.
