Allegations:

Collier was completing a drywall inspection in an apartment in Greater Grand Crossing when police arrived, looking for an individual whose description did not match Collier. Collier told police he did not live at the apartment, but they arrested him anyway. During a search, police found marijuana, a gun and ammunition in a bedroom. Police took the spare keys to the apartment from a friend of the resident and claimed that the keys had been found on Collier. Officers also falsely claimed that the clothing, drugs and gun they found belonged to Collier. The officers later filled out false police reports stating that Collier lived in the apartment and that police found documents with proof of his residence.Collier was found not guilty of the charges.
