Allegations:
Neita went to Animal Care and Control to give up two dogs. One was named Osa, who was healthy and well-nourished but overly aggressive. The other was named Olive Oil, who had just given birth to six puppies but had become sick. An agent at Animal Care and Control called the police, and Officers Raddatz and Uldrych arrived and took Neita into custody without any probable cause. The officers searched Neita and his car, and then searched his business, A Doggie Business. The officers filed false reports and charged Neita with cruelty to animals and violation of owner's duties. A year and a half later, all charges against Neita were dismissed.
