Allegations:
Walker and a friend were in an apartment when Officers Considine and Alaniz arrived in response to a report of a shooting on the first floor of the building. The officers handcuffed and arrested Walker, even though his friend told them that her boyfriend fired the shots and ran away. Walker was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon. Those charges, and subsequent charges against Walker, were dropped months later.
