Allegations:
Pough was driving north on South Cicero Avenue near West 43rd Street when a squad car behind him turned on its lights. Pough pulled over. Officer Barajas approached Pough's car with his gun drawn, pointed the gun at Pough and told him to “get the f**k out of the vehicle.” The officer radioed for assistance, and when additional officers arrived, they hit Pough's car window and called him a “nigger.” The officers told him to get out of the car. Officer Johnson shocked Pough twice in the neck with a Taser through the car's window. This caused him to go into shock. The officers then unbuckled Pough's seat and took him out of the car. While walking him to the squad car, Johnson shocked Pough on the neck again. Officers Barajas, Johnson and Becerra laughed as Pough fell to the ground, shaking. Johnson turned Pough over on his stomach and asked him if he wanted to be tased again. He was handcuffed and taken to a police station. He received treatment at a hospital for his injuries.
