Plaintiff: Ambriana Jenkins

Incident date: 09/28/2010

Allegations:

Between September 2010 and August 2013, officers broke into the Jones' residence four times for no reason. In the midst of their entries, officers broke down doors, entered with guns drawn, conducted searches without valid warrants and unlawfully detained the Joneses and their guests. After the first home invasion an unknown officer asked the Joneses if they were going to file a lawsuit and then asked them to sign papers. The Joneses refused to sign anything. After the fourth unlawful entry, which took place after the lawsuit was filed, one of the officers said, as he was leaving, "Good luck with the lawsuit."
