Allegations:
Annette Bassette and Bailey, her boyfriend, were in their Back of the Yards home with Bassette's son Lucas when officers forced their way inside. Once inside, the officers searched the second floor apartment without any consent. They arrested Lucas Bassette, later to release him without charging him. A few days later, Cleodis Bassette, who did not live in that residence, was arrested and charged with drug and gun offenses.
