Allegations:

Aton and several other individuals were gathered on the front stoop of a residence in the Englewood neighborhood when officers, including Gaffney, approached them. Gaffney struck and kicked Aton even though he had not resisted the officers. Gaffney and other officers then shocked Aton with a Taser more than once. Aton was arrested and charges were filed against him. These charges were later dismissed.
