Allegations:
Marszalik, an activist, began talking to the well-known celebrity doctor, “Dr. Oz" on a street in downtown Chicago. Marszalik was courteous and Oz, who was surrounded by security and police officers, willingly talked to Marszalik as they walked down the street and did not express any concern about Maszalik. However, Officer Swarbrick, part of the security detail, grabbed, pushed and held Marszalik to prevent him from talking to to Dr. Oz. When two other officers, Peralta and Powe, arrived, all three of them seized, searched and arrested Marszalik. The officers charged Marszalik with disorderly conduct and assault. The charges were later dismissed.
