Allegations:

Isby was picking up her children from their elementary school in South Shore when Officers Darrick Williams, Ibarra and Adams approached her. After a brief conversation with Isby, the officers went to talk to the school principal. The officers told Isby she was under arrest and handcuffed her. Additional officers, including Kelli Williams and Kenneth Stubblefield, arrived at the scene with a police van. Kelli Williams hit Isby in the face, threw her to the ground and kicked her. Kelli Williams lifted Isby to her feet and tased her on the neck. Isby fell to the ground. She was picked up by the officers and forced onto the floor of the van. She was taken to the hospital, where she was involuntarily admitted into the psychiatric ward for four days.
