Allegations:

Officers Clark and Evans were among the officers responding to Rodriguez's 911 call after his son was shot outside by an unknown assailant. Upon arriving at his home in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood, officers ignored Rodriguez's wounded son and began to shout, “Where are the f**king guns!!” Rodriguez informed them that there were no guns in his residence. He asked them again to help his son. The officers placed Rodriguez under arrest for obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and battery to a police officer. Clark and Evans put Rodriguez's head through his front window and broke his arm. He was taken into police custody and later acquitted of all charges.
