Allegations:

Jessica, Sandra, Eugenia and Latonya Norwood and S.M., a minor, were walking in Chicago Lawn when the officers stopped them without probable cause. Officers searched them while pushing them around and threatening to use pepper spray on them. An officer also pointed a gun at Tito Norwood, a family member who was with the group when they were stopped. Officers also threw Eugenia to the ground and kicked snow into her face. The officers charged Jessica, Eugenia and Latonya with resisting arrest, obstructing a police officer, and battery. S.M. was charged with a curfew violation. The charges against Jessica, Eugenia, and Latonya were later dismissed.
