Allegations:
P.M. and P.M., 14-year-old twin brothers, were walking home around 11:30 p.m. when shots were fired nearby. The brothers began to run toward their home when several police officers arrived and ordered the brothers to put their hands up. One of the officers hit P.M. several times and handcuffed him; another officer slammed his brother, P.M., to the ground and handcuffed him. The boys' father, Pete Mason, came out of the family's home and asked the officers why they were beating his sons. The officers responded by handcuffing Pete Mason and throwing him face-first onto the ground. One or more of the officers hit Pete Mason in the head with a blunt object. After the beatings, four of the officers searched the Masons' home without a warrant, ransacking it in the process. After the search, the officers released the Masons.
