Allegations:
Benjamin George and his older brother Daniel George were attacked by Officers Gonzales, Acevedo and Ramos. One of the officers ran over Benjamin George with a police car, and both brothers were badly injured. Benjamin George was hospitalized for several days after the incident. The officers arrested the brothers and charged them with criminal trespass to land. One month later, the charges against both brothers were dismissed.
