Allegations:
Davis was on his front porch when one or more officers in plainclothes ordered Davis to get inside. One of the officers, who was standing on the porch of the home next door, asked Davis, “What your b***h ass doing out here?” The officers did not identify themselves as police, and one or more drew their weapons and aimed them at Davis. The officers then jumped over the railing that separated the two porches and threw Davis face down to the ground. One or more of the officers twisted Davis' leg, kicked him in the face and hit him in the back multiple times. The officers handcuffed Davis and arrested him without a warrant or probable cause. They took Davis to a nearby police station and charged him with three counts of aggravated assault to a police officer. Following his release from custody, Davis sought medical treatment at a hospital. All charges against him were later dismissed.
